Kokanee fishing starts as early as April and continues till late August. These Landlocked Sockeye Salmon are delicious and sometimes grow to 20 inches and over 2lbs. Limits of 5 fish are common. The lakes we fish are New Melones, Lake Berryessa, Lake Pardee, Stampede and Donner as these have been the most productive. These fish fight very hard for their size and we use slow action rods to keep from tearing their mouths. The rates are $150.00 per person with 3 or more $125.00 each
